Analyze Point indicates the current power consumption, the power consumption for a specific period of time, and the total power consumption since measuring started if the offset press has one energy measuring device or several energy measuring devices.
Note: The Energy efficiency report is not a substitute for the separate detection of consumption using a energy meter. This report rather ascertains the trend.
Requirements for Viewing Power Consumption Data
•Prinect version 2017 or higher.
•The selected machine is an offset press. Measurement data is not displayed for any other press types.
•An energy meter is connected to the press. It has to be purchased separately.
Consumer
Lists the consumers on the press.
Current power
Currently required electrical power in kW. The data is updated at the press every minute. In Analyze Point, you have to press the Update button or "F5" additionally.
Energy consumption
Required electrical power in kW during the selected report period. The indicated power consumption can deviate from the actual power consumption. If the selected report period is prior to an update to Prinect 2017, all consumption data up to the time of the update will be ignored.
Total Power Consumption
Total power consumption since the measuring device was commissioned. This is the value stored inside the measuring device. This value is reset only if the meter is replaced on the press or is manually reset.
