In this window, you can add documents and files from various locations (paths in the file system) to the job.
"Prinect Neighborhood" option
This option lets you first decide in which environment you will select the file.
"Prinect Neighborhood" enabled:
When this option is enabled, the shared "PTConfig" or "PTJobs" folders of the Prinect server display in the file/folder list. You can toggle between these two folders in the "Look in" list box. The "PTConfig" folder contains the configuration files of the Prinect Manager that are accessible in the network while the "PTJobs" folder contains the job-specific files.
You can select a different Prinect server in the "Computer" list box if there are several Prinect servers in the system environment.
"Prinect Neighborhood" disabled:
When this option is disabled, the file system of the current computer on which the Cockpit is currently operating is listed. You can now look for files in the file/folder list of the Cockpit computer. If "Network" is set, you can also browse shared drives of other computers in the environment of the Cockpit computer.
Like in a Windows Explorer window, you can look for the files you want in the file/folder list. Use the "Look in" list box if you wish go to another folder, for example, one higher up in the hierarchy.
You can create a new folder in the file system using the "Create New Folder" button.
If one or more files are marked in the file/folder list, these names display in the "File name" box.
In the "Files of type" list box, you can select which types of files will display for selection.
