In the "Properties" section you can:
•plan the job for reuse
•set the due date and the earliest start date
•view, and if necessary, change the job priority
•enter or change the quantity ordered and the number of planned pages
•select a job by its job number, open the job and apply existing settings and data (documents, pages, page lists, layouts, sequences, etc.) to the new job
•view and delete the source job numbers for a gang run job and open the jobs
•view and open the target job numbers for a gang run job
•view the target sheets for a gang run job
Set Due Date
The calendar box you need is enabled for editing when you select the "Set Due Date" option. You can enter a due date (date and time) in the date box or extend or shorten the date/time shown by clicking the small arrow keys.

Earliest start date

Job type
Your job type displays in this list box. The job type that was selected when creating the job is set by default. The set job type is taken from the template you used when creating the job with the "Job from Template" function.
Note: You can change the job type using the list box.
This detail also displays as a column in the job list. In addition, you can filter by this criterion.
Job Priority
In the "Job Priority" list box, select the priority (Urgent, High, Normal or Low) the job will have.
Delivery quantity
Enter the delivery quantity in this box. You can type in the value or increase or reduce the value by 1 by clicking the small arrow keys.
Planned Pages/Articles
Enter the number of planned pages/articles in this box. You can type in the value or increase or reduce the value by 1 by clicking the small arrow keys.
Note: The term "Articles" displays instead of "Pages" if you have "Packaging" permissions.
Project ID
This is where you enter the project number (if available).
Responsible
This displays the name of the operator who is responsible for production of this job. Mails are sent to this person if an error occurs.
Note: The name of the operator currently logged in to Prinect Cockpit always displays as the default setting for the responsible operator.

Related Job
This displays the predecessor job (if any) of the job.

Status of Copying Data from Related Job
When data are copied from a predecessor job, this is where the status displays. This is indicated by an icon and information in a tooltip.
Gang Job Source IDs
This shows the numbers of the jobs (source) from which pages were copied.

Remove |
You can delete the selected job number with the "Remove" button. This action deletes the note that pages from the job with this number were copied to the present job. The pages themselves remain in the job. |

Gang Job Target Sheets
This shows the names of the source jobs for the target sheets in the gang job. In addition, the name of the layout (layout name/sheet name) comes first in the name.
Internal Comments
This is where you can type in, modify or view a comment. This comment also displays in "Internal Comments" in the "Product Description" section.
External Comments
This is where you can view comments transmitted by the MIS or recorded through the job notes. You cannot edit (delete, modify) these comments.
