The Prinect Integration Manager automatically detects any changes in an existing order made by a Management Information System (MIS). The job data already entered is compared against the new job data here.
The details about a Change Order (including comment box) display on the right of the window, like for History. This section can be detached as a separate window.
Note: Multiple selection is possible to be able to accept or reject changes at one go. In this case, however, no details display.
Note: The "Change Order" function is protected by a dedicated license. Incoming changes in the order (changed JDF job file from the Management Information System) are rejected if you do not have a license.
Note: You can find a detailed description of order changes in Change Orders with MIS.
