"Imposition" Step

The Prinect Integration Manager does not have the same extensive imposition functionality like an imposition software such as Prinect Signa Station. You can, however, make use of the imposition functionality as follows:

•Offline workflow:

You create your layout with Prinect Signa Station. You save your layout to a folder that can be accessed by the Prinect Integration Manager server. You can then import the layout to the Pri­nect Integration Manager.

•Interactive workflow:

The Prinect Signa Station is launched from the Prinect Integration Manager. You can use the interactive Prinect Signa Station to:

•create a new layout

•open an existing layout

•replace an existing layout

•automatically increase the number of sheets in a layout

•view a reader's spread of a layout

•create a complete layout based on an MIS parameter set.
