Recommended Procedure at the Press
In order to be able to correctly evaluate/analyze the job using the "Analyze Point" option, the machine messages must be sent in a correct way:
Video Tutorial: The following video clip demonstrates how to correctly record the time at the Prinect Press Center:
Analyze Point - Recording and Showing Time
All reports in Analyze Point will be stored up to a period of 30 months, with the exception of ink zone evaluation. See Operation Quality "Zone Evaluation". The data relating to ink zone evaluation will be stored a maximum of one month because in this case a high data volume is reached within a very short period. The reports are deleted automatically after 30 months and after one month respectively.
However, the actual storage period of the reports can be shorter, for example, if there are frequent job changes or if numerous Prinect Inpress Control measuring devices are connected. In this case, the reports are deleted automatically when the maximum storage volume of the database is reached. You can follow how much memory is already used in "Administration > System > [name of Prinect server] > Analyze Point service > Database Size".
Note: It may become necessary to migrate from the Express Version of the Microsoft SQL database to a Standard or Developer version if the database is to handle very large data volumes. Please contact your local Heidelberg agency in such a case.
