You can undo all actions that you do during scheduling at any time as long as scheduling is not "enabled". You can use the "Undo last scheduling step" button to discard single scheduling steps (see "Undo last scheduling step" button). You can use the "Reject" button to undo all scheduling steps made since you last clicked "Activate" (see "Reject" button).
Until you activate scheduling, the details about the scheduling steps made since you last clicked "Activate" are not sent to the connected Prinect components (Prinect Manager). The "Transfer status" box is "red" in this status (see Display of "Transfer status: Number of loaded jobs / Total number of jobs"). You cannot use the "Lock/enable" button in this status (see "Lock/enable" button (5)).
When all the scheduling steps are completed, you must enable scheduling with the "Activate" button (see "Activate" button). The scheduling data are now transmitted to the Prinect Manager. Depending on the number of operations scheduled, this process can take some time and finishes with an information dialog. The Scheduler view is then refreshed. The "Transfer status" box (see Display of "Transfer status: Number of loaded jobs / Total number of jobs") is now "green" and you can use the "Lock/enable" button.
