Scheduled sequences that were used are shown in bold type.

Details

You can open details by clicking the triangle.

Work Type

Select a work type from the list box. The work types available for the current job are presented for selection in this section. Work types "Normal", "Internal" and "Customer" always display. If other work types were defined, for example, in the MIS, these too are presented for selection. The work types that display depend on the destination of the Submit process. For certain output destinations, only those work types that are set up for the related device class are presented for selection.

Work Mode

This displays the work mode that is part of the selected work type.

Comment

You can type in a comment in this box, for example, explaining the reason for charging the costs.

Scheduling

You can open details by clicking the triangle.

This is where you can set up a schedule for submitting selected pages to the sequence you selected.

Do Not Start Before

Nothing is submitted before the period (date/time) you entered. When the period is reached, the pages are submitted automatically to the sequence and the sequence is processed.

Planned Start

This input affects sorting in the queue. Jobs whose planned start is earlier than others are processed first.

Otherwise, no action is triggered, i.e. no pages are submitted and no sequence is processed.

Latest Completion

This input affects sorting in the queue. Jobs whose latest completion is earlier than other jobs are processed first.

Otherwise, no action is triggered, i.e. no pages are submitted and no sequence is revised.

The following is valid for all periods:

Periods in the future are black. Periods in the past are red.

A period you entered displays in the layout view, in the column with the sequence to which the period refers.

Note: If there are several periods, "Do Not Start Before" has priority over the other two items.
