Plates Step

"Plates" Step

Submit to

This displays sequences to which you can submit existing documents. To do this, drag-and-drop the document to the sequence concerned.

In this step, you can choose between the following sequence types:

ImpositionOutput sequence: Output to an imagesetter. The imagesetter can be connected directly to the Prinect server or it is driven by the Tiff-B export mechanism. See "ImpositionOutput" Sequence Template

FormOutput sequence: Output to an imagesetter in the ROOM Proof workflow for TIFF-B export. The FormProof and FormOutput sequences are always used together in the ROOM Proof job. See "FormOutput" Sequence Template.

CopySurfacePDF sequence: Copy PDF sheets from the job to a location in the file system that you can select. See "CopySurfacePDF" Sequence Template.

ImposePDF sequence: Creates a PDF sheet document from imposed surfaces. See "ImposePDF" Sequence Template.

ForkSheet sequence: Lets you submit layouts to several (similar or different) sheet output sequences at the same time (parallel processing). See "ForkSheet" Sequence Template.
