"Shift Report" List

The list shows all the shift reports of the last 30 days.

This is where print job managers see their own shift reports. The pressroom manager sees the shift reports of the print job managers of one or more machines. The status icons indicate whether a shift is already approved.

Status icons

A shift report is tagged by one or two icons. The right icon indicates the status of the print job man­ager, the left icon indicates the status of the pressroom manager. The icon for the print job manager always displays. The icon for the pressroom manager appears when he/she has approved the shift.

In the following example, the print job manager rejected the shift and the pressroom manager released it:

The shift reports can have the following states:

Current shift.

The shift is still running, i.e. a print job manager is logged in to the machine.
Attention: The data are not updated in real time!

Pending by print job manager.

The print job manager has not yet approved the shift report.

Confirmed by print job manager.

Shift report was released by the print job manager.
