The list shows all the shift reports of the last 30 days.
This is where print job managers see their own shift reports. The pressroom manager sees the shift reports of the print job managers of one or more machines. The status icons indicate whether a shift is already approved.
A shift report is tagged by one or two icons. The right icon indicates the status of the print job manager, the left icon indicates the status of the pressroom manager. The icon for the print job manager always displays. The icon for the pressroom manager appears when he/she has approved the shift.
