To check and approve a shift, print job managers and pressroom managers can proceed as follows.
Print job managers
1.After their shift, the print job managers log in with their user data to the "Shift Report" widget.
2.They select their shift in the "Shift Report" list.
3.They check the KPIs (good sheets, waste sheets and production time) and, if necessary, other values of their shift.
4.After the check, they approve the shift. They do this by either releasing or rejecting it. A comment can be written to pass on more information to the pressroom manager.
5.After approval, the print job managers close the widget to log off.
The shift is considered approved by the print job manager. The shift can now be additionally approved by the pressroom manager.
Pressroom managers
1.The pressroom managers open the "Release shift report" widget.
2.In the "Shift Report" list, they select the shift of the print job manager.
This is where they see the approved shift of the print job manager as well as the comment given.
3.They check the KPIs (good sheets, waste sheets and production time) and, if necessary, other values of the shift.
For this purpose, they have the same view as print job managers.
4.After the check, they approve the shift by releasing or rejecting it. A comment can be written to pass on more information to the print job manager.
The shift is now considered approved. This is indicated by two status icons (for print job manager and pressroom manager). The shift report can be tracked up to 30 days.
