Key factors by devices - Speed
(Change language of this page to: English, Deutsch)
On this page you can see if your devices are running near to their maximum speed.
On the left hand side of this page you can select the devices that are shown in the visuals.
This page shows you the speed index, net productivity and the net output for your devices in the last 10 days.
Speed Index (%): The speed of the device is defined as volume produced per time. The speed index is the actual speed divided through the maximum possible speed of this device (the maximum speed is set in the configuration parameters). The closer the speed index is to 100% the better your device is utilized. The speed index factors in the total output including the waste. The output is divided through the time in which the device is actually producing something (excluding any stops).
Net Productivity (1/h): The net productivity is defined as the net volume divided through the whole operating time (from switch on to switch off). It tells you how many good products were produced per operating hour.
Net Output (1/h): Net Output is defined as the net volume divided through the operation related time. This is the time period between first good sheet and last printed sheet. In contrast to the net productivity, which takes the complete operation time from switch on to switch off into account, the net output tells you how many good products were produced per printing hour.
