Prinect Signa Station

As of version 2021, you can create various automarks sets and save them in the Resources. This eliminates the need for manual adjustments in the job. In addition, the placement of the marks can be automated via rules. You can use different automarks within a job, depending on the folding sheet.

Folding sheet labels and page labels can be used a number of times in an automarks set and be placed automatically using rules.

All other automarks can be found only once in an automarks set. To automate the placement of these marks, several automarks sets with different settings and rules can be applied to a job.

Useful functions when creating automarks sets with rules.

Using the example of a packaging job, we show how you can convert manually set marks into Automarks and thus easily switch between different working methods.

If you save Automarks as Automarks Sets in the resources, you can use them to quickly create layouts in new jobs.

The Signa Station takes over the search for the right Automarks Set based on the rules you have defined. In the fully automated workflow with the Signa Station Server, the layout is created in the background. Interactive working with the Signa Station is not necessary.

With the "Cover mark line type" auto mark, you can, when loading the CFF2 file, specify multiple line types that automatically create knock out panels such as glue flaps or dust flaps.
