Create Output Condition

In this step, you select the name of the new output condition.

Then click "Next" to conclude preparation. It is then no longer possible to go back to the preceding steps.

Name

When naming the output condition, make sure that the name is descriptive, for example, the substrate and number of colors can be seen in it. You can also accept the name suggested by the Color Center. This contains the substrate, the number of colors, possibly varnish, the screen and the machine.

Substrate

This displays the substrate for which the output condition is created. To change this selection, go back to the preceding step.

Machine parameter set

A separate machine parameter set ("MPS") with the same name is created for each output condition.

For the Labelfire, you must select an existing MPS as the "template". Parameters like dryer settings, MNC and DUC are then copied from this template to the new machine parameter set. You can skip these steps in substrate qualification if you wish to use these parameters as they are.

For the Primefire, it is not mandatory to select a template. If a machine parameter set is not selected as a template, an "empty shell" is created where the parameters are saved only during the further course of your work.
