Preparation 

In the first step, you create a new output condition and set the substrate and machine parameter set.

Note: This step is the prerequisite for all subsequent steps. You can no longer change it after preparation is concluded. If you click this step again during substrate qualification, you can only create a new output condition. The properties of the current output conditions remain unchanged.
