Heidelberg supports a number of digital presses The table below lists supported presses. Digital presses not included in the list can be connected via a "generic" interface (see Setting up machine model parameters for unsupported digital presses (Generic)).

Depending on the digital press, Analyze Point receives specific feedback messages. Feedback is given only for connection types "Data Terminal with machine direct" and "Machine direct" (see Connection). The following messages apply to Heidelberg Versafire/Linoprint CV/CP. The details may be different for other digital presses.
•Device Status
The press gives feedback about its current status. For example, "Idle" or "Busy". You can view this information in the Prinect Integration Manager in "Queues > Device Status".
•Job Status
The press gives feedback about the job's progress. For example, "Finished" or "Aborted". This message displays in Analyze Point in the "Machine reports" tab in the operation details.
•Number of currently printed copies
The number of currently printed copies displays during printing in the Data Terminal. The job automatically ends on the Data Terminal when the set number of copies is printed.
•Material consumption
After a job is finished, the press sends back information about how much paper of one kind was used.
•Number of "clicks"
The Versafire press knows three billing categories: black-and-white pages, color pages and blank pages. The number of clicks in each case is reported after the job is finished. The clicks display in Analyze Point in "Job reports > Operation evaluation".
