When do I have to accept/reject an order change manually?
Manual acceptance or rejection of an order change depends on what is configured in each case. See also “Change Order" Tab.
In "Change Order" in the open job, the status of order changes that require you to intervene manually is "Received".
When is an order change accepted/rejected automatically?
Automatic acceptance or rejection of an order change by the system depends on what is configured in each case.
When do I have to intervene manually in an automatic order change?
In some cases, you may still have to intervene manually after an order is changed automatically.
Example - color changes
In the case of color changes, the Cockpit user must still edit the colors manually in the Cockpit after the changes are applied.
See Advanced Change Order for details about advanced order changes.
Accept/reject order changes manually
Proceed as follows to accept or reject order changes manually:
1.In the job list in "Jobs", select the job where the order has been changed.
You can detect a "Change Order" by this icon:
2.Open the job and then go to "Change Order".
3.You must manually accept or reject all order changes whose status is "Received".
4.Accept: Select the order change and click "Accept".
(5).Reject: Select the order change and click "Detail".
The "Change Order" dialog displays.
(6).Enter a comment and click "Reject".
You only have to mark Change Orders that were automatically accepted/rejected by the system as "Read". By doing this, you confirm that you have noticed the change to the order and checked it, if required. The flashing exclamation point indicating order changes disappears only when all the order changes are marked as "Read" (you must also edit manually accepted/rejected order changes so that the flashing exclamation point disappears).
Proceed as follows to mark an order change as "Read":
1.In the job list in "Jobs", select the job where the order has been changed.
You can detect a "Change Order" by this icon:
2.Open the job and then go to "Change Order".
3.Select one or more order changes (multiple selection holding down the command key).
4.Click "Read".
