"Detailed History Information" Window

Details about the history of the job are shown in this window.

The content of the window changes according to the history item selected. If a history item does not have any details, this is indicated by appropriate text.

The window stays on top until it is closed. When it is closed, details display again in the extended section on the right.

Note: When you close the window, the size and position are saved and used the next time you open it.

"Files" Section

The "Files" section displays information about the files used and created.

Table columns

Column	Function
Name	The name of the file is shown in a tree structure. Click the folder icon to open the folder that then displays its subfolders.
Path	The file path is shown in this box.
Extension	This shows the file type (e.g. PDF, JDF, PS, etc.).
File Size	The size of the file in kilobytes is shown in this column.
Last Modified	This column displays the date and time of the last change.
Archived	This shows whether the file was archived (tick in the box).
Archive Date	This displays the date when the file was archived.
Size in Archive	This shows the size of the archived file. Note: You cannot archive single files only entire jobs.

Button bar at bottom

Button	Function
Properties	Click this button to display the "File Properties" window, see "File Properties" Window.
Browse	Click "Browse" (shortcut Ctrl + B) to open the folder of the Prinect Integration Manager server where the current job is located.

Context-sensitive Menu for Files

Right-click in the "Files" view mode screen to display a context-sensitive menu.

Note: The functions are identical to the buttons displayed in the "Files" section (see Button bar at bottom).
