Product Step

“Product” Step

The "Product" step shows you all operations relating to the whole product. This includes, for example, binding with a saddlestitcher. In addition, you can view a list with the products of a job. You have sev­eral products, for example, in jobs with versioning.

Product list

You go to the list of products by clicking the product icon. It shows you each of the prod­ucts that are part of the final product. For example, a booklet with several languages con­sists of several language versions.

Operations list

The operations list shows all operations related to a final product. Select this view using the operations icon.

"Planning" button

Use this to open the Planning Assistant. This is where you can reschedule an entire job. For details, see Planning Assistant

Properties

When an operation is selected, the “Properties” button opens a view with tabs showing the properties of the operation.

"Properties" Tab

This shows you the planned quantity and planned waste for the selected operation.

"Default data" tab

Prerequisite: The finishing machine must have been created at the CDM and the job must be started in order to view the default data.

The parameters displayed let you check whether default data are available or not. It is not possible to edit the values; this is done by Prinect Signa Station.
