Configuring the "Workplace Interface" data storage device on the Prinect Press Center
1.Carry out the following steps on the printing press (Prinect Press Center) in accordance with the software version:

2.Enter the desired data storage device designation in the "Name" field. The name "Workplace Interface" remains if you do not enter anything in the box.
3.In the "WorkplaceId"/"WP_Id1" field, enter the number that you previously entered for the "Workplace ID" in the Prinect Integration Manager/Prinect Pressroom Manager.
The attribute "WorkplaceId"/"WP_Id1" uniquely identifies the press in the Prinect Integration Manager/Prinect Pressroom Manager at a later time.
4.Enter the designation of the Prinect server in the "Server"/"WPI_IP_Addr1" field.
The connection to the Prinect Integration Manager/Prinect Pressroom Manager should now be established.
Synchronization of the PDC configuration with the press
After having set up the press, you must perform a synchronization between the PDC configuration and the Prinect Press Center (see Synchronization of the PDC configuration with the press).
