With the help of color schemes, you can change the colors used to display operations and other criteria in the planning board to have a fast overview of definable criteria of all scheduled jobs. This function helps the planner find certain job features in the planning board (see also "Colors" Tab).
You can select the following criteria in the list box above the color boxes:
Color for operations |
Each job can be colored (also automatically) in the Scheduler to visually distinguish one job from another. You can also give all operations a uniform "default color" (yellow). Some colors are reserved for special functions: •"Red" — alarms triggered by checkpoints or delivery date exceeded •"Pink" — periodic or placeholder jobs (see Scheduling with Placeholders) •"Magenta" — fixed operations •"Orange" — split operations •"Green" — finished operations |

Comments |
You can highlight comments by color. |
Spot colors |
Jobs containing one or more spot colors and special spot colors can be highlighted by colors. |
Formats |
You can highlight different formats by color. |
Setup information |
You can color setup information such as work-and-tumble, work-and-turn, perfector, etc. |
Priority |
Three priorities (low, medium, high) can be differentiated by color in the Prinect environment. |
Printing material |
You can highlight set printing materials by color. |
Customer |
You can highlight different customers by color. |
Created by |
You can highlight employees who created print jobs by color. |
Urgency |
You can highlight different urgencies by color. |
Number of Colors |
Jobs with the same number of process colors can be highlighted by a certain color in the planning board. |
