"Overview, individual job" tab

This view gives you a fast overview of all current details about the operations (print, cut and fold each sheet, stitching the product, etc.) and the checkpoints (milestones for paper, spot colors, customer approval, etc.) of a selected print job.

Go to the "Overview, individual job" tab and highlight the job you want in the list of operations (1). The current details about this job then display in "Overview, individual job" (2).

The tab is broken down into three sections:

Material Stock (3) — contains the latest data only when a "Prinect Business Manager" is con­nected.

This section is connected directly to the "Business Manager" database and displays the current stock and all booked reservations of the printing material used in the job. You can switch the display between sheets ("vel") and kilogram ("kg").

Machine (4) — displays all scheduled operations.

This section shows the number of operations the machines have already completed.

Checkpoints (5) — displays the current status of all active checkpoints.

This section shows all the checkpoints enabled in the Presettings (see "Checkpoints" Tab). The colors of the dots indicate the status of each checkpoint:

Machine columns: Operation has not yet started, deadline is noncrit­ical.

Resources columns (paper availability, customer approval, spot col­ors available, etc.): No delivery/confirmation so far. The scheduled start date was not yet exceeded.

green

Machine columns: Operation is finished; all activated warnings or alerts (printing date, folding date, paper availability, customer approval, spot colors available,...) were reported as finished.

Resources columns (paper availability, customer approval, spot col­ors available, etc.): All activated warning criteria are checked and approved.

yellow-green

Only parts of a job/of resources have to be confirmed.

yellow

Checkpoint was enabled with "Warning" and the deadline exceeded.

red

Checkpoint was enabled with "Alert" and the deadline exceeded.
