You can group operations to operation groups. When required, you can reschedule grouped operations jointly as one unit.
You can group operations to a group using a shortcut (see Shortcuts) or with "Form/break up a group" in the context menu. Use the same command if you wish to ungroup an operation group.
AutoGroup Operations
You can enable the "AutoGroup Operations" option in the Presettings (see "AutoGroup Operations"). When you enable this option, all operations of a machine (covering all sheets/folding sheets of a job) are grouped automatically.
Grouped operations are indicated by hatched bars.
Create groups manually in the planning board
In the context-sensitive menu of operations selected in the planning board, you can use the following commands to create different groups:

You can select several operations at the same time in the planning board (see note in Remove in the planning board). The selected operations are grouped to one group. |
Operations of a sheet form a group |
This command affects a sheet selected beforehand. The operations of the selected sheet are grouped for all machines. |
Operations of a job form a group |
This command affects a job selected beforehand. All the operations of a selected job form a group. The group is ungrouped when you use the command again. |
Operations for job and machine form a group |
This command affects a job selected beforehand. All the operations of a selected job that are to run on the machine assigned to this job are grouped. |
