In this view, you can set up the processing of print jobs and control it up to proofing or printing. Several jobs can be open, each in their own tab.
The buttons for starting and stopping the open job are located on the right above the buttons for switching between the parameter areas and the work steps.
All jobs selected in the job list and in the "Suspended" state are started. The "Start Jobs" window opens if at least 10 jobs are marked and started. This is where you can remove single jobs from the start list if required. | |
| The "Stop jobs" window opens. You can stop marked jobs and all jobs of a selected group and their subgroups in this window. These jobs will then be in the "Stopped" state. |
Search function in the "Job" view
If no job is open in the current tab, the jobs last open in the Cockpit display as icons. The "Search by job number" box is located above this view. You can enter a known part of the job number into this box.
This search function lets you also look for jobs that do not display in the current job list because, for example, the set filter hides these jobs. Only jobs that are in the recycle bin are not found. To look for these jobs, you can use the advanced search function that you invoke with the shortcut "Command key + F". See Advanced Search.
