The information is stored in separate files and transmitted as a ZIP file or several ZIP files. Open the "Service Scout" window To open the "Service Scout" window, use "Help > Service Scout" in the main menu. "Max. age of files" list box This is where you select the maximum age of the service files to still be transferred to the HEIDELBERG Service. "Common Prinect Logs" option All logs related to general processes of the Prinect Production workflow are transmitted if you enable this option. "Advanced CDM Logs" option All logs related to general processes of the Prinect Production workflow are transmitted if you enable this option. These settings apply to the Service files of the currently opened job. The following job properties can be transmitted: •Documents and Pages •Proof •Plates •Gang Pool This is where you can enable the transmission of information related to the Prinect system status: •System Configuration Current system configuration data •ICC profiles The ICC profiles saved in the system are transferred. You can enable this option only if "System Configuration" is enabled. •Master Data The master data (MDS) is transferred. •Sanity Files "Sanity files" are transmitted in order to solve performance issues. These are text files the Sanity Recorder collects and saves to the folder "[server name]\HD-Service\Service Tools\HDSanityRecorder". This is where current information on the Prinect system is displayed and transmitted as a comment. Here you can define the maximum size of a ZIP file to be transmitted. This size may depend on certain data transmission conditions. The ZIP file will be split into several files when the specified size is reached.
