General

Customers whose jobs are processed with the Prinect workflow are managed in this section. The customer data you define in this tab are filed in the Master Data Store (MDS) database and can be used at different points within the Prinect workflow.

Note: Customers can also be created in an MIS system if Prinect Production is connected to one. In this case, customer data are sent to Prinect Production together with the job or can be exported and imported to the Master Data Store.
