'Set Jobs to 'Canceled' ' Window

This window opens if one or more jobs were marked and you selected "Mark as Canceled". All the selected jobs display in a list. The "canceled" job state is equivalent to the "finished" state and is needed for a Web-to-Print workflow. Before the command runs, you can disable single jobs in the "Set Jobs to Canceled" column, if necessary, by removing the checkmark.

Any jobs that are to be set to "canceled" but are still active will be suspended after you confirm an appropriate prompt and the job will stop.

"Decompose a gang layout" option

The gang layout is decomposed and the component jobs contained in the gang job are copied back to the gang pool if you enable this option. The option is enabled by default.

Buttons

"OK" button

The jobs enabled in the list are set to "canceled".

"Cancel" button

The window closes. No jobs are set to "canceled".
