Privacy Policy | Imprint | Prinect Know How | Prinect Release Notes This section contains the settings relevant to the print process for the job. Output Profile Here you can set a job-specific output color profile for the output sequences used by the job. This ensures that the print outputs parameterized for this job are executed with a uniform output color profile. Button Function Change A window opens in which you can select an output profile for the job. None A set output profile is removed from the job parameters. Here you can select a uniform process standard. Process standards are specifications for standardizing the processing steps in the Prinect workflow that are to be used for generating color separations or printing plates, as well as for printing or proofing. Process standards include color data for printing materials, inks, dot gains and tolerances. Reference files are characterization files based on a process standard and values used to check printing or proofing. Button Function Change A window opens in which you can select the desired process standard. None A set process standard is removed from the job parameters. This is where problems that occurred during the consistency check of the printing process are displayed. Column set This list box allows you to create and save your own sets of columns or to select the set you want from existing ones. See Define a custom column set. Quick Search The quick search function displays the existing entries for the consistency check in such a way that you can quickly find the entries you are looking for. Enter the search term in the quick search text box. The system searches in the columns for the text you are looking for. Any entries that do not contain the search term are hidden. Table columns Column Display Parameters This column contains the process parameters in the job. If the consistency check detects conflicts, a yellow warning triangle is displayed in front of the parameter name instead of a green dot. Conflict Type This shows the type of conflict, for example in the case of a different color profile between the job and sequence settings, the entry "Sequence profile" is displayed. Elements This column shows the element of the processing sequence in which the conflict was detected, e.g. in the "Prepare" sequence. Expected Value The expected value of the respective parameter is displayed here, e.g. the print profile "OffsetEuro U370GCR50 V25PO4". Actual Value The determined "actual value" of the parameter is displayed here, e.g. the "ISO Coated" print profile. Product The product name is displayed here.

Prerequisite: The option "Use print profile from job, if available" must be enabled in the output sequences used by the job so that the output profile set here is applied to the output. If a different output profile is set in other output sequences used by the job, a yellow warning triangle is displayed in the "Parameter" column in the "Consistency check" area instead of the green dot.
Note: A yellow triangle displays instead of the green dot in front of the parameter name in the "Parameters" column in "Consistency Check" if different process standards are set in the individual processing sequences of the job.
