Privacy Policy | Imprint | Prinect Know How | Prinect Release Notes Example 2: Automatically combine a PPF job containing only front sides and a PPF job containing only back sides into a PPF job containing front and back sides In this example, two PPF files are to be output on an 8-color press on both the front and the back sides, the first containing only the front side of a print job and the second containing only the back side. In the example, both PPF files contain the same job number and the front sides are defined as front side in the prepress system, just as the back sides are defined accordingly. When these PPF files arrive in the PPFIn hot folder, these component jobs are automatically combined into a new job with front and back surfaces, and this combined job is sent to the press as a print operation. No manual intervention is required for this combining process.
