"Color Conversion" option

This type of sequence mainly controls output to CTP devices. You can use Color Management in this sequence for true-to-color sheet output. In this context, Color Conversion can be enabled in the Prepare sequence or in the ImpositionOutput sequence.

Caution: If a Prepare sequence is used in the workflow, "Color Conversion" may be enabled only in the Prepare sequence or only in the ImpositionOutput sequence to avoid color management functions impacting the output twice! Exception: If a halftone proofer is used for the ImpositionOutput sequence, then the profile for offset printing is set in the color conversion settings of the Prepare sequence whereas matching the data to the halftone proofer color output is done in the color conversion settings of the ImpositionOutput sequence.
