Finishing Sequences

Prerequisite: If one finishing machine is/several finishing machines are connected to the Prinect workflow, an appropriate Finishing sequence is set up, each matching the machine type. See Connection of Finishing Machines.

The Finishing sequences have only one function: to represent the Finishing steps within a Finishing workflow. There may be the following Finishing sequence types:

​•​SheetFinishing

​•​PreCutting

​•​BookMaking

​•​HardcoverFinishing

​•​SoftcoverFinishing

​•​StitchFinishing

Finishing sequences are characterized as follows:

​•​This sequence type is not configurable, so Finishing sequences cannot be opened.

​•​Cockpit has only one version of each Finishing sequence type. Since these sequence types are not configurable, there is no need to create multiple versions of these sequence types.
