"View properties layouts (thumbnails)" window

In this window, you can set up how the thumbnail view is displayed. You can open the window by selecting "View properties" from the context menu in the thumbnail view.

"Thumbnail scaling" box

You can set the display size of the thumbnails (in %) by entering a percentage value or using the slider.

"Show status icons" option

If this option is enabled, additional icons representing the current processing status are displayed to the right of the respective thumbnail.

"Show page positions" option

If this option is enabled, the page positions are displayed in the thumbnails.

"Color:" list box (Show page positions)

If the "Show page positions" option is enabled, you can set the color of the page positions here.

"Show article numbers" option

If this option is enabled, the article numbers are displayed.

"Color:" list box (Show article numbers)

If the "Show article numbers" option is enabled, you can set the color of the article numbers here.

"Show grid" option

If this option is enabled, a grid is displayed between the thumbnails.

"Color:" list box (Show grid)

If the "Show grid" option is enabled, you can set the color of the grid lines here.

"Show source job number" option

If this option is enabled, the job number of the source job from which the page was taken – for example in a gang job – is displayed.

"Color:" list box (Show source job number)

If the "Show source job number" option is enabled, you can set the color of the source job number here.

"Version information" list box

For versioned jobs, you can select which version information should be displayed. The following options are available:

​•​Show version name.

​•​Show version description.

​•​Show version name and description.

​•​Do not show version details.

"Color:" list box (Version information)

Here you can set the color of the version information.
