Set Due Date

The calendar box you need is enabled for editing when you select the "Set due date" option. You can enter a due date (date and time) in the date box or extend or shorten the date/time shown by clicking the small arrow buttons.

You can also select the due date in a "calendar view" by clicking on the adjacent button. A calendar window opens. See also "Choose Date" Window.

Comment

Here you can enter a comment on the gang job.

User-defined Attributes

Status

If the gang job contains user-defined attributes, the usage status of these attributes is displayed here.

"Edit" button

The "User-defined attributes" window will open. Select the required attributes here. If there are no user-defined attributes in the system, this window cannot be opened and a corresponding message will appear.

Note: You can create user-defined attributes in "Administration > Preferences > All Users > User-defined Attributes". See User-defined Attributes.
