"Approval of Selected Elements" Window

You can set a customer or production approval status for the selected elements in this window. You can also type a comment, if necessary.

"Done by" Group

"Customer" option

If this option is enabled, you can define a customer approval status.

"Production" option

If this option is enabled, you can define a production approval status.

"Status" group

"Approved" button

The approval status is set to "approved". In the list view of the layouts, the "Approved" symbol is displayed in the "Customer approval status" or "Production approval status" column.

"Not Approved" button

The approval status is set to "not approved". In the list view of the layouts, the "Not approved" symbol is displayed in the "Customer approval status" or "Production approval status" column.

"Unchecked" button

The approval status is set to "unchecked". In the list view of the layouts, the "Unchecked" symbol is displayed in the "Customer approval status" or "Production approval status" column.

"Comment" box

You can enter a comment on the approval here. The comment is displayed in the list view of the layouts in the "Customer approval comment" or "Production approval comment" column.
