Privacy Policy | Imprint | Prinect Know How | Prinect Release Notes "Paper Availability" Window You can open the "Paper Availability" window by selecting at least one layout and/or at least one sheet in the "Imposition" view and then selecting "Paper Availability" from the context menu. Here you can set whether the required paper is available for the selected elements on the print date or in which status the availability is. You can also set the date on which the print job is to be delivered to the customer. These settings display in "Paper Availability" column. "Paper" parameter This shows which paper is assigned to the selected elements. "Sheet" parameter This shows which sheets the paper must be available for. "Paper availability" list box Here you can set the availability status of the required papers. The following options are given: •Unknown: It is not known whether or when the paper will be available. •Not available: The paper is currently not available. •Ordered: The paper has been ordered but not yet delivered. •Confirmed: The paper has been ordered and delivery has been confirmed. •Available: The paper is available. •On stock: The paper is in stock. •Delivered: The paper has been delivered. •Reserved: The paper has been reserved. "Delivery date" option The calendar box you need is enabled for editing when you select the "Delivery date" option. You can enter a delivery date (date and time) in the date box or extend or shorten the date/time shown by clicking the small arrow buttons. You can also select the delivery date in a "calendar view" by clicking on the adjacent button. A calendar window will then open. See also "Choose Date" Window. Button bar at bottom Button Function OK The settings are applied and the window closes. Cancel The window closes, discarding any changes. All changes are lost.
