"Copy Page Lists from Other Jobs" Window

IconPrerequisite Prerequisite: To open this window, you must activate the "Page lists" or "Show page list assignment" view. See Changing views.

To copy page lists from other jobs, follow the steps below:

1.Open this window by selecting "Copy page lists from other jobs" from the context menu in the displayed page list. First, you have to search for the desired job. To do this, enter individual characters of the job name, project name or job number of the desired job in the search box ("magnifying glass"). If at least one match is found with the corresponding identifiers of the existing jobs, these jobs will be displayed in the list. The more matching characters you enter, the more the selection is narrowed down.

2.When the desired job is displayed in the list, select it by clicking on it. The page lists defined in this job are displayed in the "Page lists" area.

IconNote Note: If no page lists are available for a selected job, a corresponding message will appear in the "Page lists" area.

3.Now click on the "+" button. The page lists of the selected job and the page lists of the currently open job are now displayed in the "Page list selection" area. The name of the job is displayed before the page lists of the added job.

4.Now select the page lists of the current and the added job that you want to use in the current job by selecting the corresponding option boxes. By enabling the "Select all" option, you select all available page lists.

5.You can delete an added page list from this selection by clicking on the corresponding recycle bin icon.

6.Once all the required page lists have been selected, confirm the window by clicking "OK". The added page list(s) are added to the current job together with the assigned document pages.

7.The "Copy page lists from other jobs" window is closed. The "Page lists" window has opened in the background and the selected page lists are displayed here. See "Copy Page Lists" Window. If you do not want to add any more page lists, confirm this window by clicking "OK".
