"Approval - [selected elements]" window

In this window, you can assign a customer or production approval status to the selected elements (pages, sheets, plates, proofs). You can also type a comment, if necessary.

Note: The window name indicates the elements (pages, sheets, plates, proofs) for which approval is to be given.

The selected elements are displayed here.

Options in the lower part of the window

Here you can define the approval of the elements as follows:

​•​"Customer" option

This is where you assign a customer approval status.

​•​"Production" option

This is where you assign a production approval status.

"Approved" button

The selected elements are approved, depending on the selected option as customer or production approval.

"Not Approved" button

The selected elements are not approved. This applies to the customer or production approval, depending on the option selected.

"Unchecked" button

The selected elements are neither approved nor rejected, so no approval status is assigned.

"Comment" box

You can enter an approval comment here. This comment will be displayed in the "Customer approval comment" or "Production approval comment" columns of the work steps.
