"Operations" Tab

In this tab, all the processed operations of a shift are listed with the times and quantities (target and actual values). The list lets the print job manager/pressroom manager track each operation exactly.

The average values (in percent) at the end of the list are those used for the rating of the shift.

Key Figure	Explanation
Good production Planned / actual values / [%]	•Planned / actual values The planned and actual time that the good sheet counter was switched on. •[%] Percentage of the actual value of the planned value.
Waste Planned / actual values / [%]	•Planned / actual values Number of planned sheets and sheets actually printed while the good-sheet counter was switched off (e.g. during the setup of the machine). •[%] Percentage of the actual value of the planned value.
Execution time Planned / actual values / [%]	•Planned / actual values The planned and actual time in which sheets were produced (good sheets and waste sheets). •[%] Percentage of the actual value of the planned value.
Setup time Actual values / [%]	•Actual values Actual time of setup. •[%] Percentage of the setup time from the actual value of the execution time.
Total	•Totals (number) and averages (percent) of the operations. •The average values (percent) of "Good production", "Waste" and "Production time" are used for the rating of the shift and display in the "Summary" tab (see "Summary" Tab).
