Move the jobs to the depot to have a better overview in the list of finished jobs. In addition, you can also use the depot to export the job data to external hard disks by specifying these hard disks as the target folder for the depot.
Jobs stored in the depot can be reprinted if required. The jobs can be deleted permanently when they are no longer needed.
You can move finished jobs to the depot. You can also move jobs paused before processing to the depot.
Note: If a paused job is in the depot, it is automatically moved back to the spool directory when processing starts.
To move one or more jobs to the depot, mark them in the "Finished Jobs" list and select "Move Job to Depot" in the context menu. The selected jobs are stored.
In the "Depot", you can now view these jobs, reprint or permanently delete them.
The column headers in the list of jobs stored in the depot are described in "Jobs". See Explanation of the column headers in the job lists:.
In the virtual printer setup, you can set that jobs will be stored automatically. See Edit/add/delete virtual printers.
When you check the "Transfer To The Depot After" option in "Administration > Virtual Printer" and set a time in the text box, all the jobs processed by this virtual printer will be stored automatically in the set directory after this period.
