Quality

The "Quality" tab offers several quality reports of a selected operation. Depending on the report chosen in the left navigation pane, you see several measurement results.

•Operation Quality "Summary"
This report shows two evaluations:

·The OK sheet is compared with the wet ink set of the measuring device and assessed with regard to the deviations to the print standard.

·The production run sheets are compared with the OK sheet and assessed with regard to the deviations to the print standard.

•Operation Quality "Progress"
This report shows the measurement results over the entire print duration as they are visible to the operator of the colorimeter.

•Operation Quality "Zone Evaluation"
These reports contain the average, the maximum and the minimum Delta E, density and dot gain value for each ink zone.

Storage period of the color reports

If measured data should not display despite the latest software versions, it is possible that they were already deleted from Analyze Point. See Storage Period of Reports.

Display of dot gain for Prinect Inpress Control

For technical reasons, dot gain measurements may not always be available for Prinect Inpress Control. See Special feature with Prinect Inpress Control:.
