Enable automatic printing of time sheets For presses connected to Prinect Press Center/Prinect CP2000 Center, it is also possible for the time sheet of an employee to be printed automatically after logout. This prevents forgetting to print the daily sheet after the end of a shift. If the option is not enabled, employees can print their time sheet up to a maximum of four hours after their last logout. After four hours, a new shift starts automatically and all old data are overwritten. It is only possible to print the time sheet later than that in Analyze Point. The setting is active at once and sent to the Prinect Press Center/Prinect CP2000 Center. Impact on Prinect Data Terminal This option does not affect the printing of time sheets at Prinect Data Terminal. On Data Terminal, it is always possible to print the time sheet of an employee more than four hours after his/her last logout. "Login" window of Prinect Data Terminal where employees can print the time sheets of their last shift even later than four hours after their last logout without logging in again. Behavior of Time Sheet Printing if Several Machine Operators are logged in It is possible for several operators to log in at the same time on a machine (press). An operator can log in either as a print job manager or as an assistant. Below, we assume that a print job manager and an assistant are logged in to the press. The machine does not "know" which operator is doing which action if two print job managers are logged in. For this reason, all actions are booked automatically to the print job manager who was the last to log in. A print job manager and assistant are logged in on the machine. If a print job manager and an assistant are logged in on a machine (press), the machine will automatically book all messages to the print job manager. Assistants can also print their own time sheets. For this time sheet, only the "Printing assistance" action is recorded for the entire log-in period. The following prerequisites must be met to print the time sheet of the assistant: 1.In the device assistant section "Administration > System > CDM", the "Assistant" option must be enabled in the general settings. This is the only way for an assistant to log in on the machine. See "Assigning operations" configuration step. 2."Print time sheet automatically on user logout" must be enabled in the system settings. As a result, the time sheet is printed automatically when the assistant logs out of the machine. It is not possible to print a time sheet for the assistant in the form of a manual operation (PDC message). See also Enable automatic printing of time sheets.

Prerequisite: You need the "Analyze Point Base" license to be able to print a time sheet on the machine.
Note: If an employee has been logged off for more than four hours, the time sheet can only be printed out subsequently in the "Login" window by pressing the "Time sheet" button. In such cases, however, the employee should not log in to the system, as a new shift automatically begins when they log in and all old data is lost.
