For information on adapting, creating or deleting column sets, refer to: •Define a custom column set, •Change the order of columns in a column set and Columns available in the "CAD" step Column Display CAD Type This displays the type of CAD (shape or layout). Box Number This displays the box number. See also "Construction Code" box. Status The current processing status is displayed here. For more information, double click the respective column. The following states can appear: •Working The action is not yet finished. •Complete The action is finished. •Aborted The action was canceled. •Waiting No processing is presently running. The system is waiting for an action to continue processing. •Warning The action was finished or canceled with a warning. Box Inner Dimensions Displays the inner dimensions of the box. Box Outer Dimensions Displays the outer dimensions of the box. Folded Dimensions Displays the folded dimensions. These are the dimensions of the carton after it was sealed in the folder-gluer. Printing Material Brand Displays the printing material brand. Printing Material Article Number Displays the article number of the printing material. Printing material quality Displays the printing material quality. Printing Material Weight Displays the printing material weight. Printing Material Thickness Displays the printing material thickness. Article Number Displays the article number. Shape Name Displays the shape name. Shape ID Displays the shape ID. Printing Material Dimensions Displays the printing material dimensions. This is the size of the press sheet (size of the layout plus margins and gripper). Layout Dimensions Displays the layout dimensions. This is the size of the layout, measured from each outer cut edge. Waste Displays the waste in percent The waste is calculated from the area of the 1ups minus the sheet size (printing material dimensions). Tool ID Displays the tool ID. Number of 1Ups Displays the number of 1ups. Cut Line Length Displays the length of the cut lines. This refers to the overall length of all cutting knives on the layout. Note: This value displays only with a "CAD" type of layout, and not with a layout of single 1ups. Crease length Displays the length of crease lines. Comment Displays comments entered in the "Comment" box. See also "Comment" in Context menu "Documents". DesignCreation This column displays the files created by Package Designer. You can open and view these files in an appropriately linked program (e.g. Adobe Reader, Acrobat Pro, Windows Photo Viewer, Package Designer) with a single mouse click. Button bar at bottom Button Function Start CAD Request The "Start CAD Request" window opens. See ’Start CAD Request’ Window. Reimporting MIS job The "Apply layout" window opens. See 'Apply layout' Window. Close Job The job closes and you return to the "Jobs" area with the list of jobs or job groups. Click the right mouse button in the window of the "CAD" work step to open this context menu. Menu command Function Start CAD Request The "Start CAD Request" window opens. See also ’Start CAD Request’ Window. Apply layout The "Apply layout" window opens. See also 'Apply layout' Window. Expand All The lower levels in the list are displayed ("expanded"). Collapse All The lower levels in the list are hidden ("collapsed").

Prerequisite: The "CAD" step displays only if the user logged in has packaging permissions and if an executable Package Designer is installed on the Prinect server and connected to the Prinect software.
Note: In this step the contents of the columns show the results of the "CAD request" and cannot be edited. Changes are possible only in the "Start CAD Request" window. See ’Start CAD Request’ Window).
