"Select printing material" window

You can open this window by clicking on the "Change" button at the bottom of the "Materials" tab in the "Properties" view (only when a layout or sheet/surface is selected). See "Change" button.

"Width/Height Unit" list box

This is where you can change the unit of measure of the properties.

"Entries" box

This shows the number of available printing materials.

"Column layout" list box

Select the column layout for the list display of the printing materials or define a new column layout with "Customize". See Define a custom column set.

"Quick search" box

You can use the quick search or the column grouping to quickly find specific printing materials.

Enter the search term (letters and/or numbers) in the text field you want to use to search the printing materials list. The system will now search the "Job number", "Job name" and "Job group" columns. Any entries that do not contain the search term are hidden.

Column groups

You can use the column grouping to group the job of the displayed printing materials or to change the grouping. See Structured view.

Printing materials list

The list shows the available printing materials. This is where you can choose the printing material you want and confirm your selection with "Select".
