Privacy Policy | Imprint | Prinect Know How | Prinect Release Notes You can open this window by selecting the page position(s) (with content pages) that you want to edit in the page list and then selecting "Change page geometry" from the context menu. This command can be executed in all views that display page positions with assigned content pages. In this window, you can change the page geometry of the selected page(s), i.e. the offset, the scale and the rotation of the pages in relation to the media box. If required, you can apply the changes to the PDF content of the document pages. "Apply to" list box Depending on which pages (even, odd or both) are selected when the window is opened, you can choose here which pages the changes will affect. •all pages (all positions), •even pages (even positions) or •odd pages (odd positions) The number of pages affected by the changes is displayed next to the list box. "Source" area Here you can choose between the options "TrimBox" and "User-defined". The selection has the following effect: "TrimBox" option The values of the trim box are adopted for the page geometry. The dimensions of the media box are displayed. The input fields cannot be edited. "User-defined" option If you enable this option, the input fields become editable, i.e. you can change the page geometry manually. You can change the following parameters: "Offset" boxes Here you can enter an offset (in mm) in the x and y directions of the trim box of the selected pages in relation to the media box. You can enter positive or negative values (e.g. -2 mm). You can also use mathematical expressions using the +, -, *, / operators to enter the offset values. The algorithm of "multiplication and division first, then addition and subtraction" is applied when calculating the expressions entered. Parentheses () can be used to nest mathematical expressions. Example: Input Replaced value "Scale" boxes Here you can enter a scale for the scaling of the pages in the x and y directions. "Media box" parameter The dimensions of the media box are displayed here. The values are for information purposes only and cannot be edited. "TrimBox" parameter The dimensions of the trim box are displayed here. The values are for information purposes only and cannot be edited. "Rotation" list box Here you can set a rotation (in 90-degree increments) for the selected pages in the layout. "Change PDF" option If this option is enabled, the changes to the page geometry will affect the PDF content and not the JDF format, which is used exclusively in the Prinect workflow.

Prerequisite: To open this window, you must activate the "Page lists" or "Show page list assignment" view. In addition, at least one page position to which a document page is already assigned must be selected.
Note: Mathematical expressions are calculated when you leave the input box and are replaced by the resulting value.
Note: Selecting a rotation angle < 0° causes the pages to be rotated counterclockwise.
