You can open the "Page Properties" view by selecting "Properties" in the context menu in the page view or by pressing the "Command + I" shortcut. See also Changing views.
General information on the "Properties" view
The "Properties" area is displayed to the right of the page view (list or thumbnail display). This is where the various properties of the currently selected element are displayed.
Note: Most of the information in the "Properties" area that cannot be configured can also be found in the list view of the "Pages" step. The corresponding descriptions can be found at the following location: Columns in the Pages view. The following section only describes the parameters of the page properties that can be edited.
Usually, the properties view displays in a separate part to the right on the page list window. With the button "Detach from main window" button", you can detach this view from the page list window. With the button "Attach to main window", the view is reattached to the page list window.

Note: If the view is inside the main window, you can increase or decrease the area by dragging the border with the mouse between the page and properties areas. You can size the detached window by dragging its borders with the mouse.

Reset | Click this button to revert the selected pages to a saved version. You must confirm the procedure in another dialog box. Saved versions are created by selecting the output target "Output is saved result" in the "Target" option in a sequence (e.g. Qualify or Prepare). Note: This button can only be used if there is (at least) one saved version to which you can revert. |
Close | The "Properties" view is closed and the dynamic window is displayed in full size again. If you made changes that were not saved, you are prompted to save or discard them before closing the window. |
Save | You can select this button only if inputs or changes can be made in the "Properties". In this case, the changes are applied and saved when you click this button. |
Refresh | Click this button to refresh the content of the window. |

History of Document Versions
This displays the history of the document revisions (if available) including the document name and date.
The "Saved Versions" tab displays the saved versions that were saved during sequence processing. Saved versions are created by selecting the output target "Output is saved result" in the "Target" option in a sequence (e.g. Qualify or Prepare).
This is where log information on the selected elements is displayed.
"Details" button
Clicking on this button displays additional information (if available).
