Privacy Policy | Imprint | Prinect Know How | Prinect Release Notes In the "Assignment Presentation", the "Page view" and "Page list view" windows are shown side by side. This view lets you assign pages fast and clearly using drag-and-drop. You can toggle between the assignment view and the page list view with F9. The existing document pages are displayed on the left. The page list placeholders (positions) are displayed on the right. You assign the document pages to the page positions by selecting one or more document page icons and dragging them to the target page positions while holding down the left mouse button. If several pages are selected, the page positions are filled with pages in the order in which they appear in the original document. In this case, page positions that are defined as blank pages are skipped. See "Page lists" context menu > Assign > Assign blank page". Pages that were previously assigned to individual page positions are replaced. Tell substituted pages from unassigned pages Pages that have already been assigned can be distinguished from pages that have not yet been assigned. Pages that have already been assigned and whose assignment has been canceled are displayed in the thumbnail or list view under "Removed". Grouping If you enable this option, the document pages or page positions are displayed in groups, i.e. each activated grouping element (product, version, assigned layouts, page list) is displayed as a group that can be expanded. This can improve the overview if there are a large number of elements. Buttons in the "Assignment Presentation" view Button Function New A new page list is created. The "Create page list" window is opened for this purpose. See "Create Page List" Window. Close Job The job is closed (shortcut: Command + W).
