Last 10 days control
This report depicts the current situation. All visuals are filtered to show only the last 10 days (without today). This way you can quickly spot irregularities in the production. The many different pages of this report will help you to identify the cause of any possible disturbance.
The first page Key factors gives you a first overview about gross volume, time occupation and waste produced in the last 10 days. If you identify something unusual you can for example use the page Daily results to see the key informations for each single day.
On the pages Production and waste by devices and Production and waste per operation you can find further informations about the produced volume and waste in absolute numbers or calculated per operation.
The page Speed by devices shows you how fast your devices produce goods and how far away they are from reaching their maximum possible speed.
On the page Utilization by Devices you can see how much of their on-time the devices spend on effectively producing something.
To investigate possible problems with a certain device the page Production details is your got-to place. It lets you select a device and gives you an overview of the most important values (gross volume, production speed, waste, operating time and operators).
The final two pages Operators work and Operators timesheet deal with the employees that operate your devices.
