Responsible In this window, you specify an operator who will be responsible for processing the job. The operator of the template job is set by default. You can select a different Prinect Production user with "Select". "Set Due Date" option You can use the "Set Due Date" box when you enable this option. The current date is set by default. You can either enter another date manually using the "dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm" format or change the default date using the arrows beside the box. As an alternative to a direct input, you can also click the "Select Due Date" button. A dialog then opens where you can select the desired date from a calendar. See also "Choose Date" Window. However, you must still enter the time manually. This is where you set up what type the new job is. "Job type" is needed for packaging printing and for label printing. •Production: Standard production job. •Product: The job describes a "product" that usually has product parts, for example, for a versioned output (base version, several language versions). •Preliminary job: The job is to be created in the system but not yet used for production, for example, to schedule it in the Scheduler for a later period. •CAD: The job is designed for producing folding cartons. •Reuse: The job is to be reused several times at a later date in exactly this version. •Job Template: The job is to be used as a job template for other new jobs that are then customized. •Cloud: The "Cloud" job type is assigned to jobs that are created with the cloud-based apps of HEIDELBERG Customer Portal. These print jobs are submitted to Prinect Cockpit and processed there. The cloud apps, not Cockpit, are used to set up the parameters of these print job and to control them. See also "Cloud" job type. Job Priority In the "Job Priority" list box, select the priority (High, Normal or Low) the job will have. The "Planning" view concludes setup of the "Create new Job based on selected Job" dialog. Click "Finish" to close the dialog and create the job. You will find details about the buttons along the bottom of the dialog in: Buttons in all views. Pages or 1ups In "Pages" (or "1ups"), enter the number of pages of a single, printed copy. The page total of the job in question is entered by default in the box. Delivery quantity In "Delivery quantity" enter the quantity of the printed copies. The delivery quantity of the job in question is entered by default in the box.
