In the Pages view, you can submit pages specifically to one sequence, open a page preview or view the processing stage of the pages.

Knockout Colors |
Displays the existing knockout colors. This is important for pages that lie at the top of a layer stack and can knock out objects lying in the background, something that you cannot tell from the page (without the background). It provides important information for planning a versioned production. |
Status in Gang Job |
Displays the processing state of each of the pages in the gang job. |
Source Job Number |
Displays the number of the job (source) from which the page was copied. Place the mouse pointer on the source job number and wait for it to turn into a "hand". Then open the source job with a double click. |
No. in Page File |
Displays the number the page has in the PDF file. |
Page Colors/1up Colors |
Displays the names of the colors in the page (e.g. C, M, Y, K and any spot colors). |
Type |
Displays the PDF type. |
PDF Format |
Displays the PDF format the file was created in. |
PDF/X Details |
Displays details about whether or not there is a PDF/X format. You can find more information in the Preflight Report. |
Assign Count |
Displays how often the page was assigned to one or more page lists. |
Assigned Page Lists/1Up Lists |
Displays the page lists that the pages are assigned to. |
Page Positions |
Displays the name and position in the page list that the page was assigned to. |
Proof Status |
Displays the proof status as an icon. |
Preflight Status (Qualify)

Shows the preflight status of the single jobs for the Qualify sequence. A successful run is marked by the following icon:

Rotation |
Displays by how many degrees the page was rotated counterclockwise in the layout. |

Continue |
Click this button to open the "Continue Element Processing" dialog (see also the "Continue Element Processing" Window). |
Submit |
Click this button (F12 key) to display the "Submit Elements" window (see also the "Submit" window). This button is only enabled if at least one page is selected. Note: You can also select this function in the context-sensitive menu after right-clicking in the "Pages / 1ups" view mode screen. Close Job |
Click this button (or use shortcut Ctrl + W) to close the job and return to the "Jobs" window with the list of jobs or job groups. Note: You can also select this function in the context-sensitive menu after right-clicking in the "1ups" view mode screen. |

Select "Open" (shortcut Ctrl + O) if you wish to view the page with Adobe Acrobat. Note: "Overprint Preview" must be enabled in "Advanced" in Adobe Acrobat to be able to view the "real" print simulation. This function is disabled by default because it can slow down displaying the preview considerably if it is enabled. The "Continue Element Processing" window also appears at the same time if "Plug-in enabled" is checked in "Acrobat" in "Administration > Settings > Preferences > Local Settings" (see also "Continue Element Processing" Window). |
Browse |
Select the "Browse" function (shortcut Ctrl + B) to open the folder of the Prinect Integration Manager server where the current job is located. |

Refresh Source Pages |
This function lets you reload the source pages of a gang job if the pages are changed. |
Open Source Job |
This function lets you open the related source job. |
Open Current Proof |
Select "Open Current Proof" if you wish to view the last proof created with Adobe Acrobat. |
Assignment Presentation |
This function lets you assign pages in a fast and easy-to-follow way using drag-and-drop. You will find the page list positions in one part. In another part, you will find the pages that you can now simply drag to the position you want with the mouse. |
Show Thumbnails |
The "Show Thumbnails" function (F4 key) changes the "Pages" view from a list to a thumbnail view (a checkmark is now set in front of the function). The checkmark disappears when you select the function again, and the list view appears again. •Grouping In "Grouping" you can group the pages by product, version and assignment. ·Product The pages are grouped by product when you select "Product". A click on the small triangle in front of the "products" opens the section concerned and the pages related to the product are shown as thumbnails. If other groups are enabled (e.g. Version), you can see the thumbnails only after the group concerned is opened. ·Version The pages are grouped by version (product parts) when you select "Version". A click on the small triangle in front of the "versions" opens the section concerned and the pages related to the version are shown as thumbnails. If other groups are enabled (e.g. Assign Count), you can see the thumbnails only after the group concerned is opened. ·Assigned The pages are grouped by "Assigned" and "Not Assigned" when you select "Assigned". A click on the small triangle in front of "Assigned" or "Not Assigned" opens the section concerned and the relevant pages are shown as thumbnails. |

Collapse All |
