Window: Details

When you highlight an item in the job lists, details about this job display in the "Details" window.

You will find the "Information", "Report" and "Signatures" tabs at the top of the "Details" window below the preview. You can view the job parameters in these tabs.

You open the Prinect ImageViewer by double-clicking the preview. See Prinect ImageViewer.

Tab: Information

This tab shows you the following information about the highlighted job:

General (ID, Job Name, Job Number, Created on, Source, Spool Folder, Artifact Folder)

Statistics (Print time, Spooled, Start, Finished, Pages, File size)

Job settings (Material, Punch Settings)

Status (job status and error messages)

Tab: Report

This tab shows you specific details about the highlighted job. Each of the "parameters" are listed in a table with their "settings":

Screening

·Separation (Process color, Dot shape, Screening system, Dot size, Screening nominal angle, Screening nominal frequency, Linearization, Process calibration)

Document (Colors, Resolution, Format, Name, Type, Material, Paper Stretch Compensation)

Note: By clicking the plus sign in the "Parameters" column header, you can expand all items at the same time and collapse all items again by clicking the minus sign.

The information about the material is very important because it can be passed on via the JDF or FBDI interface and can overwrite the "Material" property of the virtual printer. See Job Definition Format (JDF) Support.

Tab: Separations

From the contents of the TIFF-B files, Prinect Shooter can see whether, for example, several color separations are part of one initial job.

In the "Separations" tab, you will find details about the accounting attribute and any comments made for a reprint. See Reprint single separations.

Separations that are to be output or were output are tagged by a green checkmark in the table. Dese­lected separations are tagged by a red cross.

To sort the list items, click the column header which you want to sort in ascending or descending order. The arrows beside the selected column header show the sorting order.

Device Data

In the lower part of the "Details" window, you will find device details about the connected CtP device (imagesetter status). This is where you can find out at any time how many plates are in each of the cassettes of the connected CtP devices.

During output, you will also see the job name, the job ID of the currently imaged plate and a percent progress bar.
